You’re in the right place! Our products are available for sale directly from our website if you’re ordering for individual use. Browse our shop, add items to your cart, complete your order through our secure checkout, and we’ll deliver straight to your door in a jiff! You can purchase products directly on our website, or at any of our authorized resellers across North America. To find the nearest authorized reseller, please use our store locator.
Can I order your products outside the United States?
At this time, we are not able to ship orders to international addresses. If you are outside the United States, you can order Plant Edibles products through www.iherb.com. Customers in Canada can also search our store locator to find the nearest Canadian retailer or grocer. International retailers or distributors, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Can orders be modified after they are placed?
We are happy to modify your order before it ships (generally within 1-2 business days after an order has been placed). Please call 888-555-1212, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Pacific Time and Customer Service will assist you.
Can I place a back order for a product that is out of stock?
Unfortunately, we do not have a back order system, so you’ll need to place a new order for the item when it is back in stock. Rest assured we are working hard to avoid out of stocks!
How can I track my order?
You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and dispatched through UPS or USPS (generally within 1-2 business days after an order is placed). However, if you didn’t receive your shipping confirmation email, or need further help tracking your order, please email us at email@example.com or call with your order number handy and we can assist. Do you offer coupons?
We periodically offer store coupons for our products which can be used at retail stores within the United States.
