Do you have free shipping?
We do! We offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $35 or more shipped to the 
contiguous 48 states. If your cart total is $35 or higher (minus discounts, promotions, shipping charges and taxes), you will automatically be given the free shipping option. Please double check that the free option is selected on the shipping page of checkout. You may still upgrade to 2nd Day Air at an additional cost. At this time we are unable to offer free shipping to  addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Terms & Conditions: Free standard ground shipping is valid on orders of $35 or more shipped to a single U.S. address in the contiguous 48 states only, after promotions and discounts are applied. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories are not eligible for free shipping. Gift cards, packaging, and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. Offer subject to change without notice.

How long will my order take to ship?
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Once processed, you should receive your order within seven days if you selected standard ground shipping at checkout (depending on your location, it could be less). We also offer UPS Expedited 2nd Day Air as a shipping option at checkout. Please note that certain weather conditions or other events out of our control may impact the carrier’s shipping times. You should receive a shipping confirmation email that has a tracking link in it once your order is processed

and dispatched through UPS or USPS.

Can orders be expedited or rushed?
Yes, we offer a UPS 2nd Day Air option at checkout. Expedited costs for orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states are: $9.95 for orders $35 and over, and $18.95 for orders under $35. The cost for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories is $28.95. Please note order processing time can take between 1-2 business days.

How can I calculate my shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer a free shipping option, and flat-rate shipping fees which we believe keep it simple and transparent for you – no more wondering what shipping charges will be until the last minute! Costs take into account order total and shipping address.

Shipping to the contiguous 48 states (all via UPS):

  • FREE standard ground shipping on orders of $35 or more ($35 after discounts, not including shipping charges and taxes)
  • $8.95 standard ground shipping on orders under $35
  • $9.95 2nd Day Air shipping on orders of $35 or more ($35 after discounts, not including shipping charges and taxes)
  • $18.95 2nd Day Air shipping on orders under $35
    Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories:
  • $8.95 standard ground shipping (USPS), regardless of order total
  • $28.95 UPS 2nd Day Air shipping, regardless of order total

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we are not able to ship orders to international addresses. If you are outside the United States, you can order Plant Edibles products through www.iherb.com. Customers in Canada can also search our store locator to find the nearest Canadian retailer or grocer.

RETURNS

Do you accept product returns or exchanges?
We proudly stand behind our products and offer a Superfood Promise Guarantee: we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and want you to love our products as much as we do! We will accept returns for any reason on product bought directly from our website for up to 30 days after receipt. We will refund your purchase price, less return shipping charges if you use our return label. To request a return label, or if you need further assistance with your return, please email orders@plantedibles.com or call 888-645-4282 Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm PST. Once we receive your returned product, a credit via original method of payment will be processed within
5-7 business days.

If you wish to return your product using your own label, please send to the address below and include a copy of your packing slip/invoice in the box (so we know who to credit the return to).
